- Q. Why are your prices quoted 'from'
A. Simply because we can offer a range of optional extras, such as helicopter transfers for the British Grand Prix or a visit to your exclusive group from a racing driver or team insider.
- Q. How many people do your Paddock Suites hold?
A. A maximum of 32 guests seated - although we usually draw the line at 30 guests. - Q. What if I want to book a suite exclusively but there will only be 15 of us?
A. Then please contact us! As a guide you can take the price per person and multiply is by 30, then knock off about 10% but this will depend upon the race meeting. In the case of the British Grand Prix then your cost will be 30x the relevant price on the day you wish to attend. - Q. Where are your paddock suites?
A. The paddock suites we offer are on the ground floor of the suites which surround the 'old paddock'. They overlook (via our terraces) the entrance to the pit lane and the start/finish line for most events (tail end of the grid for F1 and the Le Mans series). The pit lane speed limiter line is just to our right.
We can occasionally get access to other suites within this complex both on the ground floor and also on the first floor - it's a different view and the level of hospitality will vary. Please discuss your requirements with us in more detail. - Q. What about disabled access?
A. Bit tricky this one! Whilst the access to the suite is virtually flat our terrace looking out across the circuit is up some steps. We will obviously accommodate disabilities to the best of our ability however we are unable to realistically guarantee exactly the same experience to someone in a wheel chair as against the able bodied.
Also please be aware that our guests who are hard of hearing generally find it beneficial to turn off or remove any hearing aids. - Q. What about kids?
A. Well, we all like kids - but is the paddock area the right place for a toddler or a baby. Simple answer is probably NO. The paddock suites are VERY LOUD and young children's hearing can be irreparably damaged (as can adult hearing). The day can also be very tiring - and long!
In addition, we are unable to offer reduced prices at most meetings for children - regardless of the gate policy from Silverstone as they will only provide an allocation of tickets not a range of adult and child entry passes. - Q. Do you accept payment by credit or debit card?
A. Yes - but not on line. We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa and American Express plus Visa Debit and Maestro cards. Credit/charge cards are subject to a handling fee to offset charges by the card companies:
